YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS SOCIETYLIFTO has programs for teens that encourage them to take advantage of opportunity . Our flagship program, the LIFTO Young Entrepreneurs Society or Y.E.S for short is a cool, hip and innovative way we mentor kids to a better future. We also have a 3 week SAT prep class called Occupy the SAT. At Occupy the SAT rising seniors get a head start on the SAT. LIFTO also offers on going tutoring services for students that need it. LIFTO is about guiding the idealism of youth with the wisdom of experience.In a time when most school systems measure of intelligence is based on a model that was developed 60 years ago and not necessarily formulated for how kids learn today, LIFTO has developed the Y.E.S .Because most teachers are forced to teach towards state mandated standardized test which are notoriously known to have limitations, creativity is missing from the schools . Teaching towards a test encourages kids to remember and regurgitate for a test and in our opinion is a bad way to give kids long lasting information that sticks.The Young Entrepreneur’s Society is a creative based learning program that encourages creativity and entreprenuership.
